The brand has stayed true to its roots while collaborating with some of the most groundbreaking artists and designers of its generation, and with stores in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Paris, London and several ones in Japan has become an international icon of independent counter-cultural style. There is only one brand like Supreme. In many ways Supreme was ahead of its time in pushing the culture and engaging with all the influential parts within that culture. In 2020 Supreme was valued at $2.1 Billion USD despite having a limited run of production and relatively affordable retail prices. This valuation speaks to the influence and value of Supreme. Most of the older pieces are considered as collectible art. On multiple occasions there have been sold auctions of rare Supreme collections reaching near seven figures.
