As one of the oldest and most popular high end luxury brands in the world the brand is mostly known for its signature monogram design. This widely known design has been used throughout the entire history of the brand. Despite always mantaining a high level of succes, Louis Vuitton reached a new level in popularity when they assigned Virgil Abloh as Creative Director in 2018. The Off-White founder with a Masters degree in Architecture merged his streetwear influence with the rich traditions Louis Vuitton. The brand flourished and received an extra level of respect and a new look thanks to Virgil. Unfortunately, on November 28th Virgil Abloh passed away after a long battle with cancer.
