In 2020 Supreme and The North Face announced their annual Fall/Winter capsule collection of their highly coveted series of collaborations. For this capsule collection the two brands worked with a faux fur pattern in a total of three different colorways. Utilizing the classic Nuptse model this piece quickly gained popularity - this would be the 5th time a Nuptse model was used in a Supreme x TNF collection after its first iteration in FW11 with the iconic leopard jackets. The Nuptse model - named after a steep mountain in the Himalaya is one of the most popular winter jackets worldwide and a true staple piece for The North Face. Recently, famous Artist Lil Baby wore this piece in his "Real As It Gets" Music Video featuring EST Gee.
