2006 Supreme Dipset Black Photo Tee

In 2006 Supreme worked together with Legendary Rap Group ‘The Diplomats’ also known as ‘Dipset’. Depicted on the shirt is Co-Creator Jim Jones and Juelz Santana. The campaign was shot by famous photographer Kenneth Capello and marked the second Supreme photo tee after the Raekwon Tee one year previous. There exists some light controversy between the two parties. Given the social star status of Dipset and the relatively small status of Supreme at the time - they felt that they were underpaid for their efforts. Supreme was in its early stages of becoming the conglomerate its known as today and Dipset helped add to that popularity. The photo tee was released after posters surfaced around New York city and instantly sold out. It is currently one of the most popular Supreme pieces out there.
