SUPREME PHOTO TEES

SUPREME PHOTO TEES

In 2005 Supreme released their first Photo Tee with Wu-Tang member Raekwon. Since then, the Supreme Photo tee is a staple piece in streetwear history.
Famous collaborations with iconic figures like Mike Tyson, Kermit, Kate Moss, Prodigy, Three 6 Mafia, Gucci Mane, Nas and many more have contributed to the cultural significance of these pieces.

In 1994, Supreme opened its doors on Lafayette Street in downtown Manhattan and became the home of New York City skate culture. Challenging the dominance of the established West Coast skater scene and the new conservatism of 1990s New York, Supreme defined the aesthetic of an era of rebellious cool reaching from skaters to fashionistas and hip hop heads.

The brand has stayed true to its roots while collaborating with some of the most groundbreaking artists and designers of its generation, and with stores in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Paris, London and several ones in Japan has become an international icon of independent counter-cultural style. There is only one brand like Supreme. In many ways Supreme was ahead of its time in pushing the culture and engaging with all the influential parts within that culture.

In 2020 Supreme was valued at $2.1 Billion USD despite having a limited run of production and relatively affordable retail prices. This valuation speaks to the influence and value of Supreme. Most of the older pieces are considered as collectible art. On multiple occasions there have been sold auctions of rare Supreme collections reaching near seven figures.
